Please contact me for my current fee.

I am an out-of-network provider. However, I am able to provide you with superbill, which you will be able to deliver to your insurance for direct reimbursement. Let me know if you would like to receive a superbill.

If I am unable to accommodate your financial situation, I will do my best in directing you to find appropriate referrals.

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I also accept payment directly on my site via this page.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
